Straight answers to the questions we're asked most, across every trade we recruit for.
Every hire is different — the visa pathway, your business, and the candidate all shape how the process actually plays out. The answers below are general guidance to help you understand what's involved; for anything specific to your situation, get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
Yes. As both recruiters and registered migration agents, we manage the entire process in-house — from candidate sourcing through to visa nomination and onboarding — so there’s no handoff between separate providers.
Timeframes vary depending on the visa pathway, your specific business circumstances, and the candidate’s situation. We work with you from the outset to give you a realistic estimate for your case, and keep you updated at every stage. We streamline the process by sourcing “visa-ready” candidates who are fully prepared to lodge their applications as soon as a match is confirmed.
Costs vary depending on factors like visa type, number of hires, and contract length. Our fee is payable in advance, with clear, transparent pricing agreed before we begin the search. Get in touch for a tailored quote for your business.
Sponsored positions must meet the relevant minimum income threshold, currently $79,430. This figure is reviewed and may be indexed periodically — we’ll confirm the applicable threshold for your role as part of your sponsorship application.
Every placement includes a three-month replacement guarantee for added peace of mind.
Licensing requirements vary by trade and by state. We work with you and your candidate on what’s needed to get them started legally, and on the steps toward full local licensing from there. Talk to us early about what that looks like for your specific role and location.
